I used the stewing beef for a hearty beef stew and it turned out melt-in-your mouth exceptional! The meat was very tender and flavourful. Would like to have the option of splitting the 3-lb vacuum pack into two 1.5 lbs packs for convenience, as I can’t use the 3 pounds in one go.
