Terrific as tuna tataki or cooked to rare, no longer.

Super seared, seasoned or served with sesame/soy, sumach/saffron, citrus/sea salt/ginger or coriander/fennel (our favourite). Try a bed of fine shaved cabbage, avocado, pickled ginger and lime on the side.
