Incredible Brisket!!

Trimmed and spilt the flat from the point. Cooked the point in the slow cooker for 6 hours. The best brisket sandwiches ever!! The flat is on a 10 day brine/cure for corned beef. I can't wait!! All the trimmings went into a pot at 225 Degrees for 6 hrs. I now have a ton of rendered beef tallow for everything that needs to be fried (mmm eggs). This is an awesome, large cut of meat full of great flavor and versatility. Thank you B Guys!!

Awesome brisket

This is a big cut and we're a small family so I cut it in half and froze the rest. I look forward to smoking it in a big green egg in the future, but for the half we ate I slow cooked it in the oven, whipped up a sauce for it, and it was DELICIOUS.

Delicious brisket, excellent value

Absolutely the tastiest brisket you can get at the best price. I have purchased this massive brisket a number of times and smoked it over wood and charcoal and every time it is beyond delicious!

Brisket was amazing!!

We put it on the smoker at 6:30 am and enjoyed it an excruciating 12 hours later … and it was worth the wait!

It's hard to believe at times that 12hrs of smoking brisket is going to produce a succulent piece of beef and not a giant piece of leather, but it's true and long and slow is always the way to go !

We're so glad it was worth the wait and the you and your family enjoyed it.
